Add --commit-kit to --apply: by default only the attribution CSV is committed (clean), with --commit-kit the kit files are committed too so --remove/--check run inside the repo (self-contained). 支持两种接入风格（已在 README / 手册 / 目录写明）：
--apply --tools ...--apply --tools ... --commit-kit--remove/--check可直接在仓库内跑变更文件：
scripts/build_contributors.py：--apply新增--commit-kit（把套件文件一并 git add）。docs/add-contributors-with-agent.md：新增「两种接入风格」说明。docs/contributor-catalog.md：usage 补充干净/自包含两条--apply示例。README.md/README.en.md：快速开始补充接入风格说明。验证
--commit-kit提交 4 文件（CSV + 3 套件文件）。
