feat: 트래킹 진입 시 첫 코스를 기본 선택 - #232

지금은 아무 코스도 선택되지 않은 채로 진입해 지도에 경로가 보이지 않고 "기록 시작하기"도 비활성이다. 첫 코스를 기본으로 선택해 코스가 지도에 보이는 상태를 기본값으로 만든다. 코스 목록이 준비되면 courseId가 있는 첫 코스를 선택한다. 다음 경우는 건드리지 않는다. - 트래킹 중 - 사용자가 "코스 선택 안 함"을 직접 고른 경우 - 이미 선택된 코스가 있는 경우 (URL courseId 진입, 세션 복원 포함) 산을 바꾸면 선택이 초기화되므로 바뀐 산의 첫 코스가 다시 선택된다. 선택되면 기존 전체맞춤 effect가 지도를 코스에 맞춘다.

completeTracking이 isFreeSelected만 false로 되돌리고 selectedCourseId는 null로 남겨, 자유 기록 종료 직후 자동 선택 effect가 첫 코스를 다시 골랐다. 사용자가 "코스 선택 안 함"을 골라 기록했는데 끝나면 코스가 선택돼 있는 셈이다. 코스 기록을 마치면 그 코스가 선택된 채로 남는 것과 대칭이 되도록, isFreeSelected도 초기화하지 않는다. 마지막으로 고른 모드가 그대로 유지된다. 되돌리지 않도록 주석을 남긴다. 산을 바꾸면 드롭다운에서 두 값을 모두 초기화하므로 새 산의 첫 코스가 선택되는 동작은 그대로다.
