Adds the Palette Bridge page under the wallpaper settings Matugen tab (status, build, service, integration install/remove, doctor), the hub palette-bridge CLI verbs the page calls, the paletteBridgeSource config property, and the ryoku-palette-bridge package that vendors the bridge with -mod=vendor for offline builds.
