This pull request updates how MapLibre GL is loaded in the app to ensure compatibility and prevent future breakage due to upstream changes. The main change is pinning the CDN URLs for MapLibre GL's JS and CSS to major version 5, since version 6 dropped support for the UMD/global bundle required by the current loader. Additionally, a new documentation file,
CLAUDE.md, has been added to provide guidance for contributors (especially those using Claude Code) on the repository's structure, commands, and architectural decisions.Dependency management and compatibility:
src/app/layout.tsxandsrc/features/tankify/shared/components/map/maplibre/ensureMapLibre.tsto prevent breaking changes from v6, which removed the UMD/global bundle needed by the app’s dynamic loader. [1] [2]Documentation improvements:
CLAUDE.mdto document repository architecture, development workflow, API proxying patterns, and key design decisions, specifically targeting contributors using Claude Code.
