Before: the app icon was a blue square with a page and a pencil.

After: the icon is a rounded tile with a navy-to-aqua gradient and a white page that folds into a paper plane. Linux, Windows and the About sheet use the rounded tile on a transparent background. macOS gets the same art full-bleed, so the system clips it to its own shape and macOS 26 does not draw it inside a grey frame.

How: both versions are SVG sources in src-tauri/icons/ (icon.svg, icon-macos.svg). Every PNG, .ico and .icns was regenerated from them with tauri icon, with icon.icns taken from the full-bleed version. The About sheet now loads app-icon.svg instead of a PNG. The app version is bumped to 0.2.1 for the next release.

…plane

- Vector sources: icon.svg (rounded tile on a transparent background, used
for Linux, Windows and the About sheet) and icon-macos.svg (the same art
full-bleed, so macOS clips it to its own shape and macOS 26 does not put
  it inside a grey frame).
- Regenerated every platform size from the SVGs; icon.icns comes from the
  full-bleed version.
- The About sheet now shows the SVG, and drops the corner radius it added
  to the old square icon.
- Bump the app version to 0.2.1.
