Run with all python versions 3.10+ using `hatch test -a`. But hatch no longer supports Python 3.9, so keep running that one with `uv run --python 3.9 pytest`. That point will be moot once #323 is merged, but leaving the comment here anyway.
In testing, we get warnings about the name click.utils.LazyFile being deprecated in click 9. Turns out we don't need that logic anyway, so just remove it.

While testing #315 I noticed a number of issues that need maintenance
