Bryan (2026-10-19): the only dashboard is the test one (rtgs-infrastructure is not ready to promote), so the MSI job should post to both test and prod.

  • DEVICEMON_INGEST_URL takes a comma-separated list, primary first (prod, then test).
  • publish_all() posts the same batch (same batch_id, idempotent) to each service with that host's own token; primary failure fails the run after the mirrors were tried; a mirror failure is a warning.
  • check-ingest checks every listed service; exit code is the primary's.
  • cli publish <batch file> replays to all listed services.
  • 44/44 device_monitoring tests (5 new); live check-ingest against prod + test from a workstation: both 200.

Released as devmon-v0.1.3. On MSI: move the release pin and set the credentials file's URL to the prod, test list.

…test mirror)

DEVICEMON_INGEST_URL may list services comma-separated. publish_all() sends the same batch to
each with that host's own Secret Manager token; the first is the primary (its failure fails the
run, after the mirrors were tried), the rest are mirrors (failure = warning). check-ingest checks
every service and exits with the primary's code. replay (cli publish) goes to all. 44/44 tests.
