feat(dx): headless L2 MCP end to end (#1487, part 4) - #1622

headless_app.sh gets --seed-sql (apply SQL to the profile database between two starts) and --run (a command while the app is up). headless_mcp_check.sh seeds a fixture SQLite connection, turns the MCP server on, shares it, and mcp_stdio_check.py speaks MCP to the app through the real querya-mcp.

Part of #1487: the last open piece of L2, "MCP end-to-end through
querya-mcp".headless_app.sh:--seed-sql FILE(the app starts once to create and migratequerya.db, stops, the SQL is applied with sqlite3, the app starts again) and--run COMMAND(runs while the app is up; its exit code is the script's). The app gets its ownQUERYA_MCP_ENDPOINT, so no other instance can answer.headless_mcp_check.sh: fixture SQLite database, two connections (one shared, one not), MCP server on, via the sameapp_settingskeys the settings page writes. No app code is added for it.mcp_stdio_check.py: a minimal MCP client over the realquerya-mcp: initialize, tools/list, list_connections (only the shared one), list_tables, describe_table, run_query (data checked), a DELETE is refused and changes nothing, an unshared connection is refused.headless-smoke.yml: buildsquerya-mcpand runs the check after the plain smoke. Not run locally (no Xvfb on my machine); the PR run is the first one, so expect to iterate on it.
