ci: temporary bubblewrap diagnostics on the runner - #1208

The sandbox test skips with bwrap installed. This step prints the probe's exit code and the user namespace settings, to see why the probe fails on the runner. It is removed once the sandbox test runs.

Temporary. The extension sandbox test still skips in CI with
bubblewrapinstalled. This step prints the probe's exit code, the user namespace sysctls and any bwrap AppArmor profile, to find out why the probe fails on the runner. It will be removed once the sandbox test runs.
