Refs #1148

Changes

  • Run script (F5, Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Enter, Execute button): the selection, otherwise the whole text, runs one statement at a time. The first error stops the run; the status names the statement and its line (Statement 3 of 5 failed (line 3): …) and the caret moves to it.
  • A script that succeeds shows the last result set and 5 statements · 12 rows affected. The destructive check runs once, over the text that will run.
  • Run statement (Ctrl/Cmd+Enter) keeps running the statement under the caret.
  • The Execute button has a ▾ menu with Run statement and Run script, each showing its shortcut.
  • Ctrl/Cmd+H opens query history when the SQL workspace has focus.
  • F11 is removed from the shortcut reference.
  • Tests: caret run picks only the statement under the caret; a script stops at the first error with the statement and line; a successful script reports statements and rows.

Not in this PR

  • The splitter with ranges, and its unit tests, were already on dev.
  • The test that compares the SQL Editor section of the reference with the workspace bindings is not written yet.
  • The reference lists F5 as "Refresh schema" under Navigation & App, while F5 runs the script in the SQL editor. This was already the case and is not changed here.
  • The skipped test only the selected text runs when there is a selection is not re-enabled.

…pens history (#1148)

F5 and Ctrl+Shift+Enter run the selection or the whole text as a script, one
statement at a time. The first error stops the run and the status names the
statement and its line; the caret moves to it. A script that succeeds reports
its statement count and the rows affected. Ctrl+Enter keeps running the
statement under the caret.

The Run control has a menu for Run statement and Run script, each with its
shortcut. Ctrl+H opens query history when the SQL workspace has focus. F11 is
removed from the shortcut reference: full-screen editing is not planned.

…x the shortcut tests (#1148)

A script of one statement goes to the driver with its ';' as before, so the
diagram's table query and its history keep the text they had. The shortcut
reference tests no longer look for the removed F11 entry.
