Adds the repository side of #1059:
scripts/linux/publish_package_repo.sh: adds the release .deb/.rpm to agh-pagescheckout ofQueryaHub/repo, builds APT indexes (apt-ftparchive, signed InRelease/Release.gpg) and DNF metadata (createrepo_c, signed rpm and repomd.xml.asc), writesgpg.keyandrpm/querya.repo, pushes.publish-linux-repo, skipped unlessPACKAGE_REPO_GPG_PRIVATE_KEYandPACKAGE_REPO_TOKENare set (same pattern as the AUR job).docs/packaging.md.Not done, needs the owners: create the GPG key and the two secrets, create
QueryaHub/repo, enable Pages with the domainrepo.querya.app. The script was not run end to end, only syntax-checked; the first real release is the test, so I would not close the issue before that.Written without running locally.
