Adds
test/features/mongodb/mongo_collections_view_test.dart, the last open suite of #1040 (collection list, #1023): listing with count, empty state, row tap callback, error with Retry, reload on a new refresh token. Uses aMongoConnectionsubclass that overrideslistCollections; the per-collection stats calls fail and are shown as '—'.Written without running locally; CI is the first run.
