test(core): skip live MySQL test on auth failure and update outdated golden baselines #1433

Summary

1. In test/core/database/stream_take_drain_test.dart (lines 88–114):
   The test probes socket port 127.0.0.1:3306. If a local MySQL 8+ server is running on the developer host machine with the default caching_sha2_password auth plugin without SSL, the test attempts connecting with querya:querya and crashes with MySQLClientException instead of safely skipping the test via markTestSkipped.
2. Following UI kit button migration and tab strip metrics refactoring:
   • test/features/main_screen/shell_chrome_golden_test.dart (14.99% diff on goldens/querya_tab_strip.png)
   • test/features/main_screen/workspace_empty_hero_golden_test.dart (23.12% diff on goldens/workspace_empty_hero.png)
     Golden baselines need to be regenerated with flutter test --update-goldens.

Acceptance Criteria

• stream_take_drain_test.dart marks the test skipped if MySQL handshake/authentication fails.
• Golden baselines are updated and both golden test suites pass cleanly.
