Before: AGENTS.md did not say how a plugin restricted to Windows or to a Raspberry Pi declares it, and the Operating System and Python classifiers of the pyproject.toml were written by hand.

After: AGENTS.md describes supported_platforms / supported_architectures. The pyproject.toml now has dynamic classifiers: the build (pymodaq_utils>=5.3.6) adds the Operating System ones from supported_platforms and the Programming Language :: Python :: 3.x ones from requires-python; the other classifiers live in [tool.pymodaq] classifiers.

How: pyproject.toml, the weekly version check script (no longer reads the classifiers) and one bullet in AGENTS.md. The hook output was checked on the template: 3.10 to 3.13 and OS Independent.
