The page, the install hint and the manifest move from cyan on near-black to the PyDevices deep blue with a chartreuse eyebrow, and the app icon follows. The service worker's VERSION bumps so installed copies pick up the new files.

The starter page and its icon move to the PyDevices colours: a deep-blue ground (#0b2a4a) with a chartreuse accent (#c4dc4c), replacing the cyan on near-black. The manifest's theme and background colours follow, and
sw.js's VERSION goes to 2 so installed copies refresh.Your own app can of course use any colours; these are only the defaults you start from. Unit tests pass locally, and the page renders as expected in headless Chromium.
