A partial-render panel presents through blit_rect, so the meter read 0 flushes and 0 pixels while the GUI was redrawing. A blit_rect that calls flush_rect (or the reverse) is counted once.

On a partial-render panel (CircuitPython LCD-4.3) the meter wrapped only
showandflush_rect, so it reported 0 flushes and 0 pixels while the GUI was redrawing throughblit_rect. It now wrapsblit_recttoo. Ablit_rectthat callsflush_rect, or the reverse, is counted once. Frame counting is unchanged.Tests in tests/test_displaydev_fps.py cover blit counts, the nested case and restoring the method when the meter is switched off.
