pydevices 0.7.6 publishes midiports and eleven usb-* packages to this index (PyDevices/pydevices#226). scripts/update_package_list.py checks the deployed index against the lockfile, package by package, so it has to know them.

They are expected only once the lockfile's pydevices ref is 0.7.6 or later. Until then the check is exactly what it was, so merging this changes nothing for the 0.7.5 index. From 0.7.6 each one must be in the index at the locked version, like the other pydevices packages.

--self-check was failing since bledev joined the list; it passes again, with three new cases: the twelve present at 0.7.6, one of them missing at 0.7.6, and the twelve present while the lockfile still pins an older ref.

… at 0.7.6

The pydevices profile gains twelve packages with that release. They are expected
of the index only when the lockfile's ref is 0.7.6 or later, so the list keeps
refreshing against the 0.7.5 index until then. Also makes --self-check pass
again: it predated bledev.
