README to the launch template; docs move to the LVGL docs site - #39

The user-facing pages (building, threads, newcomers) now live in the LVGL docs site built from lvgl-bindings. The release and sync steps, repository map and test notes from publishing.md and building.md go to CONTRIBUTING.md. The README is an image, an install line, a runnable example with its output and the links.

The README follows the same template as the other OmniPython libraries. It shows a picture, one sentence, how to get it, a 20-line example with its output, and links. The docs pages move to the LVGL docs site in lvgl-bindings (PyDevices/lvgl-bindings#42), and the Docs link points at this port's install section there. Build, release and test steps for contributors move to
CONTRIBUTING.md.The example printed the same output on CPython with the TestPyPI wheel, on unix MicroPython 1.30 preview, and on unix CircuitPython 11.0.0-alpha.1. The Docs link opens the docs in lvgl-bindings on GitHub.
