The Dashboard Refresh check on PR#304 failed — active.md and draft/ changed without regenerating the generated pages, which AGENTS.md requires. Regenerated with 'pyauto-brain intake dashboard --apply' after filing the new prompt, so one render covers both. Files the organ-spelling gap left open by PyAutoBrain#269/PR#271: the bare spellings of the organ repos (@AutoBrain, @Autoheart, @automemory, @automind, @autogut) are registered as known targets but normalise to keys nothing is filed under. Third instance of the hand-maintained-aliases vs derived-known-repos drift, so the prompt asks for the keying decision first and raises deriving the aliases from the body map as the class-level fix.

Summary
Mind-side workflow state for two PyAutoBrain tasks run this session. No code —
registry, prompt lifecycle, and calibration rows only.
This normally goes straight to
mainviaprompt_sync_push. It is a PR herebecause the session was constrained to a feature branch, so the state needs a
merge to land.
Contents
Prompt lifecycle (
draft/→active/, per issue #71), both dated withtheir
Issued:header:active/pyautoconf_rename_functional_leftovers.md— PyAutoBrain#267active/refactor_witness_map_missing_autonerves.md— PyAutoBrain#269active.md— both tasks registered, each nowlibrary-shipped, awaiting-mergewith itslibrary-pr:. The first also keeps awas-parked:pointer to the ship question it paused on, since that is the audit trail for a
supervisedrun that stopped and then resumed on human sign-off.autonomy_log.md— one calibration row per run:Both rows record heart NOT EVALUATED —
pyauto-heartis unreachable from aweb-github session, so leg 4 of the ship gate was never run on either task. That
is the honest calibration fact and the reason neither row claims a clean
four-leg gate.
Verification
python3 scripts/lifecycle.py check→ OKpython3 scripts/repos_sync.py --check→ all 11 checks OKlifecycle.py datesreports 2 undated prompts(
draft/test/pyautoheart/smoke_relevance_gate.md,draft/test/workspaces/slowest_smoke_gate_scripts.md). Both pre-date thissession and are untouched here — flagged rather than fixed, since backfilling
them is unrelated drift.
Ordering
Independent of the PyAutoBrain PRs — merge in any order. The
library-pr:pointers are already correct.
