git mvof both files back to the root, with the move contract updated in lockstep:scripts/spawn.pyMIND_RULES + MEMORY_RULES, both spawn tests,docs/pyautobrain/spawn_spec.mdrules 3b/1b. Tests: 159 passed. Also dedupes a repo-claim line that concurrent sessions doubled inactive.md.Part of the declutter undo — #253: dashboards are the primary interface now, so root scannability no longer justifies the
.github/placement, and the split (Gut/Nerves/Scientist kept theirs at root) was just confusing. GitHub resolves community-health files in either location.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
