docs: add the multi_galaxy rung to the New User Guide regime routing - #652

The What Scale Lens? section now presents the four-rung ladder (galaxy -> multi_galaxy -> group -> cluster) with the analysis-split routing: extended source pixel-level fits through group scale, point-source multiple-image positions (no lens light, multi-plane) at cluster scale.
