What
recharts is installed but the Forecasting page has minimal chart usage. Add comprehensive charts for payroll trends, currency distribution, and cost analysis using real API data.
Why
Employers need visual insights into their payroll data to make informed decisions. Charts turn raw numbers into actionable intelligence.
Scope
In scope: Line chart for monthly payroll trends, pie chart for currency distribution, bar chart for department costs
Out of scope: Custom chart builder, chart export
Acceptance Criteria
- Line chart shows 12-month payroll trend
- Pie chart shows payment distribution by currency
- Bar chart shows costs by department/category
- Charts are responsive and accessible
- Data comes from real API, not mocks

I am submitting and claiming the original GrantFox OSS / Third Campaign PayD #481 implementation as @woahwhattheheck via #738. It adds authenticated real-transaction 12-month trend, count-by-currency, selected-currency department-cost analytics, responsive accessible charts, and the working Forecast route. I request maintainer review and eligible advertised bounty approval with payout instructions after acceptance; this affirmative claim does not represent funds already approved or paid.
