Technology strategy. Made tangible.
We work with leadership teams to connect business ambition, technology decisions and the people who make them work.

A new platform, an AI initiative or a digital service starts with a business decision. We help clarify the priorities, shape the architecture and turn the strategy into something a team can operate and improve.
- Direction. Connect investment choices to business priorities. Define what to build, what to simplify and what to leave behind.
- Architecture. Bring platforms, data and AI into a coherent operating model, with clear ownership and practical constraints.
- Adoption. Work with the people who will use and maintain the solution. Make knowledge transfer and validation part of delivery.
A year of preparation behind an eCommerce platform: technology choices, performance, stock management and team readiness aligned with the brand's ambition.
Digital communication and resources for a foundation supporting children and their families. A case in aligning technology with the needs of a mission-led organisation.
The digital experience of an educational institution, with attention to navigation, accessibility and performance.
A virtual classroom built for public trust. We are building our own learning platform for educational institutions and the public sector: catalogue and enrolment, a classroom with video, documents and SCORM packages, assessment, moderated forums and verifiable certificates. It is under construction, with first trials planned for late 2026.
- Accessible by design. WCAG 2.1 AA as the target, usable from 320 px, server-rendered pages on GOV.UK Frontend patterns.
- Data stays in the EU. Its cloud projects live in Google Cloud in Madrid, under an organisation policy that only allows EU locations (tested: a US resource is rejected).
- No third-party trackers. No external analytics or embedded third-party video in the classroom, to be enforced by a strict content security policy.
- One core, many institutions. Every institution runs the same product in its own isolated cloud project; differences are configuration, not forks.
- Verifiable engineering. CI checks that fail closed, and every new check must be seen failing before it is trusted.

Our public repositories bring together applied research, engineering tools and creative exploration. Each project documents its own scope, setup and terms of use.
| Project | What you can explore |
|---|---|
| aula | Our learning platform in the making: capabilities, architecture, a look under the hood and status. |
| proVisio | Business intelligence research for SMEs: business KPIs, digital signals and a reproducible reference implementation. |
| prisma | A Python toolkit for systematic literature reviews, with PRISMA 2020 reporting, MMAT 2018 assessment and bibliometrics. DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19883809 |
| voxelers-3d | A voxel-native 3D stack for creative prototyping with Blender, MagicaVoxel and Godot. |
| engineering | Architecture decisions, applied research and reusable engineering lessons. |

We research how generative AI can help a company decide better with the data it already has, including the data held in older systems that nobody wants to touch. The work goes through peer review and stays open to inspect.
| Line | The question | Where it stands |
|---|---|---|
| ProVisio | Can business KPIs and digital signals, read together through generative AI, support the decisions of a small or medium-sized company? | Paper presented at CAPSI 2026 (Coimbra; proceedings in press) and at CIDEMA 2025 (McGraw Hill). Reference implementation: proVisio. |
| Cognitio | How should people and AI share the work when teaching and assessing? | The 20·60·20 framework: define the problem, let AI do the suitable execution, then validate and refine. Chapter in Tirant lo Blanch (2026); posters at TLF@UA and EPIC (Zenodo). |
| Aviaria | How can AI support safety-critical decisions responsibly? | Decision support for wildlife-strike risk in civil aviation: BirdRisk. |
Human judgement and ownership remain part of the process throughout. Research led by Javier Cuervo, PhD candidate in Business Innovation at the University of Aveiro (ORCID).
