The AI assessment module currently only supports OpenAI models and their specific configuration parameters. This limitation restricts flexibility and scalability for users.

Extend the AI assessment module to support Google Gemini models, including:
- Gemini-specific model configuration parameters
- Integration focused on use cases like those from Inuqilab, particularly gemini-3.1-flash-lite-preview.

The AI assessment module previously supported only OpenAI models and OpenAI-specific model configuration parameters.

Extended the AI assessment module to support Google Gemini models along with Gemini-specific model configuration parameters.
Why is this enhancement needed?
This improves flexibility, scalability, and enables support for multiple AI providers with configurable model behavior.
Additional context
Gemini model integration was added to support Inuqilab requirements, as their use cases were more aligned with Gemini models, particularly gemini-3.1-flash-lite-preview.
