UI: files upload #12

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, users don't have a user-friendly interface to interact with file search and vector store capabilities. They cannot easily upload documents, see how they're transformed, etc. This creates friction in the workflow and makes it difficult for users to understand how their documents are being processed and utilised. Users just have the option of APIs to use basic document search and retrieval functionality, making it hard to create, iterate and improve their knowledge bases.

Describe the solution you'd like

Build a comprehensive console UI for file search and vector stores with the following capabilities:

1. Document Upload Interface
   • Support uploading single or multiple PDF documents
   • Show upload progress and status
   • Display uploaded document metadata (filename, size, pages, etc.)
