Golden Dataset: Add ID column for consistency #926

Users currently cannot add the ID in the golden dataset for sequence consistency, leading most NGOs to handle this on their end.

- Add the ID column in the CSV golden QnA.

- Currently user not able to add the id in the golden dataset for sequence consitency, and most of the NGO handling this in the their end.

As discussed, we can use the existing
question_idto maintain the ordering. By sorting based onquestion_id, we can preserve the original sequence without introducing an additional ID column for now. This should address the consistency requirement while keeping the dataset structure unchanged.
