When creating a collection and uploading files, OpenAI returns an error. However, Kaapi only displays a generic message, making it difficult to debug the issue.

Describe the solution you'd like
- Return the specific error message from OpenAI instead of a generic one to improve error visibility for easier debugging downstream.
