Recently, in an incident due to misconfiguration, half of the traffic for LLM calls failed. This leads to downtime and negatively impacts our service reliability.
Describe the solution you'd like
Implement monitoring and alerts on the job table (LLM jobs, collections jobs, and any other jobs) so we receive notifications for similar future incidents or third-party API downtimes.
