We need to establish a Terraform foundation for the kaapi-infra repository. Without this setup, managing infrastructure across environments will be challenging and inefficient.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Set up repo structure:
bootstrap/,environments/{staging,prod},modules/ - Bootstrap an S3 bucket for Terraform state (versioning, encryption, public access blocked,
prevent_destroy) - Configure the S3 backend per environment with lockfile-based state locking
- Implement provider/version pinning and commit
.terraform.lock.hcl - Create Makefile /
.env.<env>flow forinit,plan,apply
