Deployment: Update AWS account configuration #1236

Is your feature request related to a problem?
The deployment script is currently configured with the old AWS account. This leads to deployment issues and inconsistencies in the non-production environment.
Describe the solution you'd like
Update the deployment script to configure it with the new non-prod AWS account.
- Need to create the new secrets keys inside the new github env.
- update the corresponding secrets
- need to update the few deployment cmd script.
