Currently, only the Gemini model is available for TTS evaluation, which forces users to perform manual evaluations for other providers/models.

- Add Sarvam and Elevenlabs models to the TTS evaluation in Kaapi Console.

Only gemini model is there for TTS eveluation, thereby have to do manual evals for other providers / models.
