Model Config: Add GPT-5.6 support #1102

Is your feature request related to a problem?
We need to add configurations for OpenAI's GPT-5.6 models (Sol, Terra, Luna) to our existing model_config setup. Without this, we won't be able to utilize these models for our applications.

- Seed
model_configrows for Sol, Terra, and Luna with the required parameters:provider=openaiconfigwith aneffortkey- Pricing in JSONB
- Input modalities:

- Add

maybe could be a background AI PR every month or quarter to search , find, suggest the code changes, test (unit/E2E) and push for review ?
