Add new docs/powershell/disable-guestaccount.md: a client-facing guide for the Disable-GuestAccount PowerShell script. Covers description, requirements (admin + Strapper logging module), usage examples (including -WhatIf), output files, troubleshooting, and changelog (initial version 2026-09-24).
