Adds documentation and assets for the Visual C++ Health Remediation NinjaOne solution. New files: Test VC Runtime automation doc, compound conditions for Windows Servers and Workstations, custom fields (cPVAL VC Runtime Remediation and Health Status), and the solution overview. Also adds three screenshots. The content explains detection, optional remediation (reinstall + DISM/SFC), setup steps, dependencies, and troubleshooting.
