Problem

The cached schema removal check from #124050 has not run on a PR that changes schema.json, so its base schema read, label read and CI report section are unproven.

Changes

Removes the forceClickhouseDataSkippingIndexes modifier from HogQLQueryModifiers in the TypeScript schema and regenerates schema.json.
Do not merge. This PR targets the chore(ci): flag fields removed from cached query models #124050 branch and exists only to exercise the check. It is closed after the check is proven.

How did you test this code?

The check itself is the test. Three runs are expected:

No label: the Frontend typechecking job fails and the CI report shows a Cached schema removals alert.
After the cache-impact-accepted label and a re-run of the failed job: the step passes and the section shows a warning.
After the removal is reverted: the section clears.

Test rationale: Throwaway PR, no code worth keeping, so no new automated test.
