Problem

The page reports directory needs the cells, summary and empty state its table is built from.

Part 6 of 12 in the page reports stack, behind the web-analytics-page-reports-directory flag. Stacked on #123197.

Changes

No visible change. Nothing renders these components yet.
The summary strip shows site visitors, Google and AI visitors, and AI crawls, each with its change from the previous period.
A metric cell shows the count and the change. TrendChange is the shared up and down chip, also used by the Search & AI metric cell.
AI crawler logos come from bundled marks, with a favicon or letter tile as the fallback.
pageReportsLogic opens a page report from the directory, goes back, and groups the existing tiles into tabs.
