Problem

The batch-export API schema advertises the useNewEventsCluster modifier, although exports reject it at runtime since #115591. API and MCP clients see an option that always fails.

Changes

• Batch-export schemas use a modifiers type without useNewEventsCluster. Runtime validation is unchanged.
• Generated frontend types, MCP types and MCP tool snapshots are regenerated and mechanical.

How did you test this code?

Test rationale: test_export_schema_does_not_advertise_native_cluster_opt_ins in the existing serializer tests checks the published schema.
