Treat any IntEnum as an enum in struct and perspective conversions - #778

Since IntEnum became a native csp type, structs and time series can hold IntEnum types that are not csp.Enum subclasses. Check for IntEnum instead of csp.Enum in Struct._obj_to_python and the perspective adapter schema so those types are converted to names like csp.Enum. Signed-off-by: Tim Paine <[email protected]>
