…ision log The decision on the model-reference check cited pipelex-mcp#132 and its commit. pipelex-mcp is restarting as a fresh public repository, so that number will name an unrelated pull request there, and the old history moves to an internal repository a public reader cannot open. The entry now dates the change by the @pipelex/mcp release that shipped it, 0.24.0, and its later "Until #132" reads "Before that release".
