Update quinn-proto, crossbeam-epoch, and h2 to patched releases. Move the optional Arrow/Parquet integration to 59.3 so the vulnerable Thrift dependency is removed from the lockfile.

The
serverfeature did not compile after aggregate statistics became fallible, and CI installed a different Rust toolchain alias from the repository override. Forward the federation query to remote backends, propagate aggregate-stat errors through gRPC/HTTP and health/readiness endpoints, and pin the repository to Rust 1.92.0 so formatting and Clippy use the installed components. The final change also establishes a reproducible stable-rustfmt baseline (including the Rust 2024
r#genidentifier escape), updates vulnerable Rust dependencies with Arrow/Parquet 59.3 and removal of the old Thrift dependency, and returns every raw HNSW node when a query requests the full population. Smaller approximate queries keep the existing search path. A 64-iteration regression exercises full queries, soft deletes and restores.Validation: all 13 hosted checks passed at
beab389da710ace3fca928762fd4b8f5efe74cc9, including build, library tests, formatting, Clippy, documentation, benchmark compilation, security audit and CodeQL. During the merge review, the complete formatting commit was reproduced exactly using Rust 1.92.0 and its reviewed configuration. The original server-feature validation recordedcargo build --locked --features server --bin vecstore-serverandcargo test --locked --features server --lib(1068 passed, 4 ignored). This supplies the existing build/toolchain prerequisite for #4. Package-manager builds and publication are separate gates.
