Hi there! I'm a plant ecologist and environmental data scientist based in Cusco, Perú 🇵🇪. I build reproducible R tools for biodiversity — taxonomy checks, spatial data, and open environmental datasets from Peru.
- 🌱 💻 I maintain a growing family of R packages for Peruvian biodiversity data, including
avesperu(birds),perumammals(mammals),reptiledbr(reptiles),geoperu(spatial data), andppendemic— developed with Lucely Vilca (UNSAAC) — which makes it easy to review Peru's endemic plant species from the national red book. - 📚 I also work on official/open-data connectors like
