The engine-generated externalId is metadata, not a host/pool/workload allocation. Fix the shared classifier without weakening project/schema ownership, full relationship/mount proof, authorization or async-generation invalidation. Add three real Store regression cases for generated/custom IDs, allocation protection and stale metadata responses. Numeric component version 1.6.169; immutable Server packaging and native QA acceptance follow formal CI. No production configuration or runtime patch. Full permission matrix remains incomplete.
