Replaces Dependabot #81 with the exact two integration requirement updates on a signed, normally protected branch so required CodeQL runs. Verified official PyPI 2.15.0 metadata and wheel integrity. Python 3.12.14 narrow compatibility passed 24 original AST cases plus 8 assertions for the remaining host decode calls; identical requirements used one resolver and pip check passed. The evidence is local and contains synthetic data only. PyJWT is only used by the Python integration test client: Java authentication, production artifacts, VMs, OIDC, proxy and deployed images remain unchanged.
