Replace accumulated release and QA logs with a concise current guide. Keep published numeric versions, valid installation/build commands, operator documentation, licensing and verification limits. Preserve release notes and immutable artifacts. Verification: README-only diff; git diff --check; local document links; current release coordinates and privacy checks. No runtime, dependency, API, authentication or deployment changes.
