Preserve the exact reviewed source tree from PR #25 in one GitHub-hosted signed commit, based on protected main 20eb898. The prior unsigned source is a33b482; the complete source tree is 36ede6bd221368fa53a277f43254071c1f0a48a3. All 15 changed paths come from immutable Git blobs, including the existing executable script modes.

This source supersession addresses the required-signatures rejection while retaining the IPsec endpoint-cache fix and the narrowly pinned OpenSSL security update. The new source SHA must pass its own normal Security and CodeQL gates; earlier runs are provenance, not checks for this new commit. No protection bypass, force push, tag, release, image publication, or live deployment is part of this PR.

PR #25 remains open with its failed and passed evidence. Close it only after this replacement PR has merged normally through the protected branch.
