When you are aware of what you are doing, on POSIX systems you can now pass -L to follow symlinks. This remains a risky operation if you link to the wrong files and then later repair them. Closes: #289 Signed-off-by: BlackEagle <[email protected]>

@BlackIkeEagle -- thanks for the added feature. The only issue I have is that is does not follow symlinks to directories. This does break my use-case described above. If a slightly more conservative approach is preferred, maybe you could provide the ability to follow directory symlinks on addition of a second '-L' switch on the command line? |
