Release scope

Ship stack-aware agent skills without deploying the unreleased landing redesign.

This branch starts from main and cherry-picks only the 18 skills commits from #88, which is now merged into dev. Each commit retains its original reference with cherry picked from and is SSH-signed as Owusu1946.

Included

• Optional post-create skills setup with recommended/custom selection and Skip by default.
• expojet skills install, individual skill choices, coding-agent targets, project/global scope, previews, safe copies, provenance records, and recoverable retries.
• Reviewed pinned sources, coverage limitations, tests, architecture decision, user documentation, and a minor changeset.

Deliberately excluded

• The landing redesign and all other unreleased dev changes.
• Any modifications to apps/docs/src, apps/docs/public, root scripts, Turbo configuration, CLI dependency specifiers, or the lockfile.

The landing source and assets are identical to the current main. Under apps/docs, only the AI Agents documentation page changes. The complete resulting tree also matches the previously checked skills-only transplant.

Validation

• All 18 commit signatures verified locally and by GitHub, authored as Owusu1946.
• git diff --check passed.
• pnpm install --frozen-lockfile passed without lockfile changes.
• pnpm check passed: all 22 tasks, 144 CLI tests, both SDK checksums, and 64 unchanged architecture scenarios. Existing CSS diagnostics remain warnings/informational only.
• pnpm smoke:pack passed, including the published-tarball preflight.
• GitHub checks passed on Linux, Windows, and macOS; Vercel checks passed.

The first local check encountered a transient Windows EPERM rename in an existing generation test. The focused retry and subsequent full check passed without code changes.

The original feature PR passed Linux, Windows, macOS, Vercel, packaging, architecture checks, and opt-in live acquisition for all eight pinned sources. That evidence does not replace the checks on this main-based branch.

The landing remains in dev for a later release. After merging this PR, synchronize main back into dev before preparing the eventual landing release.
