I keep verify and gate on the host unless --isolated is passed. The image digest is env.image on the contract under test. The receipt records isolated, env_digest and heuristic. grep, wiring and the forbidden scan stay one layer, not a boundary. Signed-off-by: mgillr <[email protected]>

I keep local verify and gate on the host unless --isolated is passed. The image digest is env.image on the contract under test, pinned from the node:22.11.0 image I pulled. The receipt records isolated, env_digest and heuristic.
The flag gate on this revision refuses --isolated. I did not change bin. The tests call the engine with the option set.
