I refuse a flag a subcommand does not accept.
contract validate --fileexits 2 and names the flag. An unknown flag on each subcommand does the same, and names the flags that subcommand accepts. Nothing runs after the refusal. Accepted flags still run.Red on fe670fb: tests 3, pass 1, fail 2, rc 1. Green on this branch: tests 3, pass 3, fail 0, rc 0. Node v22.11.0.
