docs(guides): drop the English-only requirement for Takeout imports - #135
The Google Takeout guide told users that the ZIP importer only recognizes English folder and file names, and that a translated export needs a new export in English. OpenTubeX/OpenTubeX#2438 makes the importer recognize Takeout data by its contents, so exports in any language work.
This removes the English-only requirement from the troubleshooting entry and from step 1. The step 1 link still opens Takeout in English, because the steps and screenshots use the English labels. The individual-import steps now mention that other languages use translated folder and file names.

- Line 73: Update the extraction instruction in the numbered Google Takeout
steps to direct users to the translated equivalent of the YouTube and YouTube
Music folder when needed, and clarify that the English file paths listed in step
3 should be replaced with their translated equivalents.
- Line 12: Keep the Google Takeout guide unpublished until a released OpenTubeX
version includes the importer update from pull request #2438; publish it only
after that release is available.
